Tasha S. Spears is the founder and CEO of “On the Go Scrubs”, an online clothing store specializing in selling premium quality medical scrubs to clients across the globe.

She is an experienced medical professional, a hardcore veteran, an ambitious entrepreneur, and above all, a very loving mother.
Working in the medical field for more than 20 plus years, Tasha has not only been wearing the scrub herself but has also seen it evolve.
From a simple medical uniform to a stylish everyday working outfit, she profoundly recognized the business opportunity in selling scrubs and started her own venture called On the Go Scrubs.

Being a nurse herself, she understood the importance of this piece of working outfit for a medical professional. Wearing it throughout the day required it to be comfortable while at the same time making you look fresh, stylish, and neat.
Tasha’s unique blend of leadership qualities and superior business savvy skills have been a big contributor to her success.

Serving in the professional field for years in a variety of roles, she has developed remarkable competencies in strategic planning, corporate management, and administrative functions execution.

Her educational qualifications have acted as a catalyst in her every move. She has an Associate in Business Administration with an Applied Science Bachelor’s Degree in Health Care Administration. She has also achieved a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resources Management and Management and Leadership.
Tasha believes that the real inspiration behind On the Go Scrubs is her children and grandchildren. Without their positive love and support, she would not have been able to come this far in the practical world.

She now aspires to make this company grow to the highest levels of business success and accomplish even the hardest of goals through her strong determination and will to do more.
